XINRUI Vapour Tank

XINRUI® Flux vapour tank is an equipment that mixes fuel gas and Vapour Flux, adds liquid flux into the flame. The unit can be easily added to any existing manual or automatic brazing installation and does not require special torches, tips or unusual connections.

XINRUI® De Saver

Operator only has to ignite the torch at the beginning of gas welding or brazing operation and hang it to the hanger for extinguishing the torch after the operation.

There are no troublesome valve adjustments of the torch. The ignition for the torch is only spark igniter, so it can save gas.

SAFETY FEATURE: The gas discharge will stop when the torch falls off from the hanger or the device falls down because of emergency disasters such as earthquake or an accident. The gas discharge will also inevitably stop when the power supply is cut off.

Then after electrical power is restored, the gas does not discharge as the solenoid valves are locked with “FULL INTERLOCK” system.

Without any pilot flame, there is no choke at pilot nozzle and there is no influence by fan of spot cooler.
